People who relied on taxis or cabs for transportation were frustrated. Cab drivers would arrive late at their own discretion and demand more than the agreed-upon fare. They would double the amount or even demand more. People were troubled. The situation worsened during the rainy season.

For those who were frustrated from cab service, good news has arrived for the new year. This good news is related to the launch of Bharat Taxi. It will likely be officially launched on January 1st. This new taxi service is a government-backed, cooperative-operated ride-hailing platform, being launched in collaboration with cooperative institutions (NCDC, IFFCO, AMUL, etc.) and NeGD (Digital India) as an alternative to Ola and Uber. Its aim is to empower drivers, provide affordable service with transparent fares and zero surge pricing, and it is expected to launch in Delhi from January 2026.

Its main features have entered the market with attractive offers. People are enthusiastic and happy about it. They feel a great sense of relief since its announcement. They feel their concerns have been heard.

Most importantly, it is a cooperative model. This platform makes drivers owners, allowing them to receive more than 80% of the fare, providing them with financial stability. They feel that this income belongs to them and not to anyone else.

This new taxi service will offer transparent and affordable fares. There will be no surge pricing, ensuring fair and predictable rates for passengers. People will not feel cheated.

Furthermore, there will be digital integration. It will be integrated with national digital platforms like DigiLocker and UMANG. This will also increase trust among the general public. Currently, people remain apprehensive until they reach their destination.

The new features introduced by Bharat Taxi will also benefit drivers, as this new system is driver-centric. Both the passenger and the driver are taken care of. This system offers drivers the option of better income. It also includes additional benefits. These new features will mean a better life than before. These benefits include provisions for medical assistance and education. This will give drivers a new lease on life, and their families will also experience improved living conditions. They will see and feel the progress.

This new taxi system, launched under the name Bharat Taxi, will also have government support. Large cooperative institutions like NCDC, IFFCO, AMUL, KRIBHCO, NAFED, NABARD, NDDB, and NCEL are promoting it, and NeGD is providing technical support. Its arrival will transform taxi services. People will get a new experience.

The objective is also to create a global standard. To provide a citizen-centric, cooperative alternative to global ride-hailing companies. Its arrival will bring about many new and pleasant experiences for people. After this service is implemented, you will see a new glow on people's faces.

Everyone will feel that realizing the vision of Digital India has become simpler and easier. The time for its launch and progress is constantly approaching. You will soon see a new revolution on the country's roads. Bharat Taxi is bringing about a new change.

टैक्सी या कैब के ज़रिए आवाजाई करने वाले लोग निराश हो चुके थे। कैब वाले सवारी को लेकर मनमर्ज़ी की देर कर के पहुंचते थे और जो कराया तय करकेबुकिंग करते थे अदायगी उससे ज़्यादा की चाहते चाहते थे। अमाउंट को डबल करके मांगना या फिर इससे भी ज़्यादा की डिमांड करना ।  लोग परेशान थे। बारिश वाले मौसम में नखरे और भी बढ़ जाते थे। 

जो लोग निराश थे उनके लिए नए बरस पर अच्छी खबर आई है। यह अच्छी खबर भारत टैक्सी की शुरुआत की खबर से सबंधित है। पहली जनवरी शायद विधिवत इसकी शुरुआत हो जाएगी। यह नई टैक्सी सरकार समर्थित, सहकारी-संचालित राइड-हेलिंग प्लेटफॉर्म है, जिसे ओला और उबर के विकल्प के रूप में सहकारी संस्थानों (NCDC, IFFCO, AMUL आदि) और NeGD (डिजिटल इंडिया) के सहयोग से शुरू किया जा रहा है, जिसका लक्ष्य ड्राइवरों को सशक्त बनाना, पारदर्शी किराए और शून्य सर्ज प्राइसिंग के साथ किफायती सेवा देना है, और यह जनवरी 2026 से दिल्ली में लॉन्च होने की पूरी पूरी उम्मीद है। 

इसकी मुख्य विशेषताएं अच्छी पेशकश के साथ बाज़ार में आई हैं। लोगों में इसे लेकर उत्साह और प्रसन्नता है। लोग इसकी घोषणासे ही बहुत राहत महसूस कर रहे हैं। उन्हें लगता है कि उनकी सुनी गई। 

सबसे बड़ी बात कि यह एक तरह से सहकारी मॉडल ही है। यह प्लेटफॉर्म ड्राइवरों को मालिक बनाता है, जिससे उन्हें किराए का 80% से ज़्यादा हिस्सा मिलता है और इससे उन्हें वित्तीय स्थिरता मिलती है। उनको लगता है की यह कमाई हमारी ही है किसी और की नहीं। 

इस नई टैक्सी की सुविधा में पारदर्शी और किफायती किराया होगा। इसमें सर्च प्राइसिंग (बढ़े हुए किराए) नहीं होगी, जिससे यात्रियों को उचित और अनुमानित दरें मिलेंगी। लोगों को ऐसा नहीं लगेगा कि वे ठगे गए। 

इसके साथ ही यह भी कि डिजिटल एकीकरण भी होगा। यह DigiLocker और UMANG जैसे राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म के साथ एकीकृत होगा। इससे आम लोगों में भी विश्वास बढ़ेगा। इस समय हालत यह है कि जब तक सवारी अपनी मंज़िल तक पहुँच नहीं जाती तब तक मन में आशंकाएं लगी रहती हैं। 

भारत टैक्सी वाले जिन नई सुविधाओं के साथ आए हैं उनसे ड्राइवरों को भी फायदा होगा क्यूंकि यह नया सिस्टम ड्राइवर-केंद्रित भी है। सवारी के साथ साथ ड्राईवर का भी ध्यान रखा जाता है। ड्राइवरों के लिए बेहतर आय का विकल्प है इसी सुविधा में। इसके साथ ही नहीं सुविधाएं भी हैं। इन नई सुवधाओं का मतलब होगा अब पहले से बेहतर ज़िंदगी। यह सुविधाएं बहुत कुछ लेकर आई हैं जैसे मेडिकल सहायता और शिक्षा के लिए प्रावधान। इससे ड्राइवरों को एक नई ज़िंदगी का अहसास होगा साथ ही उनके परिवारों को भी पहले से बेहतर ज़िंदगी के हालात का अहसास होगा। उन्हें तरक्की आती दिखाई भी देगी और महसूस भी होगी।  

भारत टैक्सी के नाम से आए इस नए टैक्सी सिस्टम को सरकारी समर्थन भी होगा। अब  NCDC, IFFCO, AMUL, KRIBHCO, NAFED, NABARD, NDDB, और NCEL जैसे बड़े सहकारी संस्थान इसे बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं, और NeGD तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान कर रहा है। इसके आने से बदल जाएगी टैक्सी की सुविधा। लोगों को मिलेगा एक नया अनुभव । 

इसे लाने का उद्देश्य यह भी है कि एक ग्लोबल स्टैंडर्ड का अहसास हो। वैश्विक राइड-हेलिंग कंपनियों को एक नागरिक-केंद्रित, सहकारी विकल्प प्रदान करना। इसके आने से लोगों को बहुत ही नए और सुखद अनुभव होने लगेंगे। इस सुविधा के बाद आपको नज़र आएगी लोगों के चेहरों पर नै चमक। 

सभी को महसूस होगा कि डिजिटल इंडिया के दृष्टिकोण को साकार करना अब सरल और सहज हो गया है। इसकी लॉन्च और प्रगति का समय अब लगातार दस्तक दे रहा है। आपको जल्द ही देश की सड़कों पर नज़र आएगी एक नै क्रांति। भर्ती टैक्सी ला रही है एक नया बदलाव। 

दिसंबर 2025 में इसके लॉन्च होने की उम्मीद है और दिल्ली में 1 जनवरी 2026 से शुरू होने की संभावना है। दिल्ली और गुजरात में इसके परीक्षण (ट्रायल) शुरू हो चुके हैं। चंडीगढ़, मोहाली और पंजाब में भी इसकी चर्चा पोरे ज़ोरों पर है। नया वर्ष 2026 जिन बदलावों को ला रहा है उनमें एक बदलाव का नाम भारत टैक्सी भी है।

क्राफ्ट कथा वास्तव में एक ऐसा प्रयास है जिससे क्राफ्ट की दुनिया का एक नया इतिहास लिखा जा रहा है। यह प्रयास है देश की हस्तकला को नै उंचाईयों पर पहुंचाने का। इस की शुरुआत कब और कैसे हुई इसका पूरा विवरण भी आप पढ़ सकते हैं केवल यहां क्लिक कर के। 

संसद सदस्य (राज्य सभा) श्रीमती सुधा मूर्ति ने आज हैंडलूम हाट, जनपथ, नई दिल्ली में भारत भर के कारीगरों को दिखाने वाली प्रदर्शनी, “क्राफ्ट-कथा – 2025” का उद्घाटन किया। यह प्रदर्शनी राष्ट्रीय हस्तशिल्प और धरोहर सप्ताह 2025 समारोह के अंतर्गत आयोजित की गयी है। उनके साथ विकास आयुक्त (हस्तशिल्प) सुश्री अमृत राज, विकास आयुक्त (हैंडलूम) डॉ. एम. बीना और वस्त्र मंत्रालय के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

क्राफ्ट-कथा – 2025 का उद्देश्य सतत आजीविका को बढ़ावा देकर, युवा शिल्पकारों को प्रोत्साहित करके और स्थानीय स्तर पर शिल्प इकोसिस्टम को सुदृढ़ बनाकर भारत की कलात्मक विरासत का जश्न मनाना है। आगंतुकों को लाइव प्रदर्शन, शिल्प कथावाचन सत्र, विशिष्ट हस्तशिल्प संग्रह और शिल्पकारों के साथ आपसी संवाद आदि का अनुभव करने का अवसर मिलेगा।

यह कार्यक्रम राष्ट्रीय हथकरघा विकास निगम (एनएचडीसी) और अखिल भारतीय कारीगर और शिल्प श्रमिक कल्याण संघ (एआईएसीए) के सहयोग से आयोजित किया गया है, यह पहल भारत की विविध शिल्प परंपराओं, प्रमुख कारीगरों और अनोखे हस्तशिल्प उत्पादों को एक मंच पर लाती है।

यह पहल हस्तशिल्प विकास आयुक्त कार्यालय (हस्तशिल्प) द्वारा कारीगरों को सशक्त बनाने, शिल्प समूहों का समर्थन करने और भारत के जीवंत हस्तशिल्प क्षेत्र के लिए बाजार पहुंच बढ़ाने से जुड़े निरंतर प्रयासों को रेखांकित करती है। यह कार्यक्रम शिल्प प्रेमियों, खरीदारों, डिजाइनरों, छात्रों और आम जनता के लिए दिल्ली के जनपथ स्थित हैंडलूम हाट में 11 दिसंबर 2025 तक प्रतिदिन सुबह 11 बजे से शाम 8 बजे तक खुला है, ताकि वे भारत की रचनात्मकता और शिल्प कौशल का अनुभव कर सकें।

“Craftकथा–2025”, an exhibition showcasing artisans from across India, was inaugurated today by Smt. Sudha Murty, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), at Handloom Haat, Janpath, New Delhi, as part of the National Handicrafts & Heritage Week 2025 celebrations. She was accompanied by Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) Ms. Amrit Raj, Development Commissioner (Handlooms) Dr. M. Beena, and other senior officials of the Ministry of Textiles.

Craftकथा–2025 aims to celebrate India's artistic heritage by promoting sustainable livelihoods, encouraging young artisans, and strengthening grassroots craft ecosystems. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations, craft storytelling sessions, exclusive handcrafted collections, and interactive engagements with artisans.

The event was organized in collaboration with the National Handloom Development Corporation (NHDC) and the All India Artisans & Craft workers Welfare Association (AIACA), the initiative that brings together India’s diverse craft traditions, master artisans, and unique handmade products on a single platform.

The initiative underscores the continued efforts of the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) to empower artisans, support craft clusters, and expand market access for India’s vibrant handicraft sector. The event is open to craft lovers, buyers, designers, students, and the general public to experience India’s creativity and craftsmanship at Handloom Haat, Janpath, New Delhi, from 11 AM to 8 PM daily till 17 December 2025.
